3) Introduction of an ordinance for odor emission reduction project at Alexandria Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bids to be opened 10/23.
4) Introduction of an ordinance for the purchase of six police motorcycles with trade-ins for the Alexandria Police department. Bids to be opened 10/23.

19) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for slope mower for the Wastewater department.
20) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the low bid submitted for spun pre-stressed wood pole equivalent concrete poles for the Electric Distribution department.
21) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and Alexandria Regional Port Authority for the benefit of promoting economic development, enhance infrastructure and services offered to the public and employment for the residents of the City.
22) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a lease agreement with Chandler Corporation for the use of office space at 3700 Government Street.

25) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for hydrochloric acid for the Electric Production department.
26) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the lowest quote received for hydrogen for D.G. Hunter Power Plant.
27) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Alexandria Police department to receive funds from LA Highway Safety Commission to be used for traffic enforcement and traffic equipment.
28) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates for the design of community water spray pads.
29) To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Green Scapes of Louisiana, Inc. for the construction of Alexandria Third Street Streetscape (Jackson Street to St. James Street) project.
